Vendor dan client, dua kata yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam kegiatan bisnis. Vendor butuh client (customer) begitu juga sebaliknya. Ada pembeli karena ada yang menjual. Dari sisi vendor (yang memproduksi) sangat diperlukan kelengkapan data-data mengenai perusahaannya (profil bisnis), sehingga client bisa lebih mengenal dan tahu lebih banyak… lambat laun akan muncul kepercayaan (trust). Setelah kepercayaan muncul akan terbina hubungan yang baik dan akan terjadi penjualan (sales).
